Technical Program Manager
to lead complex optical manufacturing programs from concept through full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Integrate optics, mechanics, and electronics to support program execution.
Develop and manage program plans, detailed budgets, and execution artifacts.
Run risk management activities and drive issue resolution.
Lead design and phase-gate reviews to ensure technical alignment and decision-making.
Ensure delivery of programs that meet cost and schedule targets.
Contribute to the development of advanced imaging and technology solutions across demanding industries.
Qualifications & SkillsStrong technical program management experience in complex, multidisciplinary manufacturing environments.
Ability to integrate hardware domains (optics, mechanics, electronics) and translate requirements into execution plans.
Proficiency in budget/schedule development and stakeholder coordination.
Strong risk management, review leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
