Sales Estimating Drawing Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team and help drive our continued growth and excellence.Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales, Estimating & Drawing Manager with strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in TurboCAD. This individual will oversee sales and estimating operations, create and review technical drawings, and ensure projects are accurately executed from concept through completion.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales and estimating teamCommunicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotesPrepare and review cost estimates, technical drawings, and related documentationCreate or modify detailed TurboCAD drawings for customer approval and productionCoordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely deliveryDevelop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsImplement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitabilityTrack project progress and report on sales performanceQualifications:Proven management experience in sales, estimating, or manufacturingProficient in TurboCAD (experience with other CAD software is a plus)Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsBackground in enclosure manufacturing, sheet metal, or fabrication preferredDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environmentRequired Experience:3–5 years of management experience in a sales, estimating, or manufacturing setting2+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing TurboCAD drawingsDemonstrated success in customer communication, quoting, and project coordinationBenefits:Competitive pay (base + performance incentives)Health and dental insurancePaid time off and holidaysIBEW Local 3 UnionPension / Retirement Plan
