Duties
Collaborate with the Preschool Director to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance program quality and operational efficiency
Assist in managing the preschool’s budget, including tracking expenses and supporting financial planning efforts
Support management of daily administrative tasks such as enrollment processes, parent communications, and staff scheduling
Help coordinate curriculum planning and classroom activities in alignment with educational standards and school policies
Contribute to maintaining compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety protocols
Provide leadership support by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and community events
Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and community partners to promote a welcoming school environment
Skills
Strong background in education administration and management within early childhood or preschool settings
Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding teams or coordinating programs
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Strategic planning expertise to support long-term growth and program development
Budgeting experience to assist in financial oversight and resource allocation
Familiarity with university-level education or teaching experience is highly desirable
Effective communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, and community stakeholders

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
