Most stores are open 24/7 and management personnel must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position.Essential Job FunctionsPerform all functions of the Store Manager in his/her absenceGreet guests and process customer transactionsPrepare and maintain foodservice and beverage offeringsSupervise and assist store associates in daily operationsProvide excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns, including credit card issues and equipment malfunctionsAssist in recruiting, hiring, and training store personnelCreate and submit daily store reports, monitor P&LsAssist with personnel documentation, such as coaching and counselingOversee cash handling and verify accounting accuracyControl merchandise and fuel inventories, including monitoring tank gauge systemsTravel independently to neighboring locations to collect fuel survey dataAssist with ordering, inventory, and merchandise auditsAddress employee grievances and disputesMaintain site appearance standards, including stocking product, cleaning, and maintenance tasksImplement and maintain health & safety proceduresEnsure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policiesBasic Qualifications & Physical Requirements18+ years of ageValid driver's license & reliable transportationHigh school diploma or equivalentAuthorized to work in the United StatesPrevious leadership experience in a customer service environmentFamiliarity with inventory management softwareVerifiable work historyOutgoing and friendly demeanorExcellent communication in English (hear, speak, read, and write)Able to safely lift 55 lbs. and carry short distancesAble to stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hoursClimb a step ladder, reach with arms above head, grasp with hands, bend, and crouchUse hands bilaterally & unilaterallyAble to withstand extreme temperatures for brief periods, such as when stocking freezersAccurately select options from a touch screen monitorAccurately count US currency and make changeBasic computer knowledge including email and Microsoft Office programsMulti-task and thrive in a dynamic retail environmentPass a pre-hire background check
