Database Security Engineer

My client is hiring for below role let me know if you are available.Role: Database Security EngineerLocation: Plano, TX/Jersey City, NJPay: $85-$90/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Hybrid 3 days onsite a weekContract(1 Year)As a part of the Database Security Engineering Team, a qualified candidate will be responsible for managing design, software certifications and process automation for various database security areas (identity and access management, password vaulting, access management, encryption, etc). The main focus will be on engineering solutions for collecting database entitlements and logins across entire database population supported within the bank, generating test cases, addressing dormancy, revocations and access drifts.We are seeking for a seasoned and motivated developer with Python, Unix/KSH shell scripting, PowerShell programming skills, knowledge of traditional RDBMS and NoSQL, experience with databases security areas. Knowledge of CockroachDB and Postgres is a big plus. Excellent communication skills are a must. The individual should be dynamic, quick learner, out of the box thinker, strategic mindset, proactive, capable of working independently as well as within a team. Should be familiar with scrum framework values and agile practices, including hands-on knowledge of Jira and Horizon.A qualified professional will be responsible for managing design, software certifications and process automation for various database security areas (identity and access management, activity monitoring, encryption, etc).
