Role title – Program ManagerWork Location: Charlotte, NC Job Description: 12+ Years of experience neededExecution and Delivery Responsibilities:• Project and Program Management of Significant change initiatives i.e, SS&A, Compass, BVA, etc:o Facilitate planning and execution of initiatives across product, technology, and business teamso Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, commitments, and success criteriao Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery objectiveso Manage and provide transparency into risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisionso Track initiative health, progress against milestones and delivery outcomeso Drive issue resolution and escalation when commitments are at risk• Roadmap management:o Facilitate roadmap planning across product, technology and business stakeholderso Ensure epic features, releases and milestones are aligned to business priorities and strategic objectiveso Validate roadmap feasibility by assessing dependencies, capability constraints, risks and delivery commitmentso Maintain visibility into roadmap progress, key milestones and delivery healtho Identify and escalate roadmap risks, conflicts, scope changes, and delivery impactso Coordinate roadmap adjustments as priorities, dependencies, or business needs evolveo Provide leadership aiwth transparent reporting on roadmap status, milestones, and forecasted outcomesDependency Management:o Identify, document and maintain visibility of cross-team, cross-product and external dependencieso Facilitate discussions to establish dependency owners, due dates, and impact assessmentso Track dependency health and drive timely resolution of blockers and riskso Escalate unresolved dependencies through appropriate governance formsCross product management and coordination:o Facilitate alignment across product managers, technology teams, business stake holders, architecture, testing infrastructure, and support organizationso Coordinate deliver plans, milestones, and release timelines across produicts with shared dependencies or objectiveso Identify and resolve cross-product conflicts, resource constraints, competing priorities and delivery riskso Ensure consistent communication and transparency regarding progress, dependencies, risks, and impacts across stakeholdersStatus Reporting – Various status reporting where needed, BUR’s, execution meetinngs, MBRs,etc:o Establish and maintain standardized delivery reportingo Consolidate and communicate progress against roadmap commitments, milestones, and delivery objectiveso Provide visibility into delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, impediments and improvement opportunitieso Ensure consistent reporting of key performance indicators, delivery metrics, release readiness and execution status.o Highlight emerging concerns, trends, and potential impacts to delivery commitmentso Support governance forums, leadership reviews, and executive updates with accurate and actionable informationRelease Coordination:o Coordinate release planning and execution activities across product, technology, testing, infrastructure, and support teamso Establish and maintain integrated release plans, milestones, dependencies and readiness criteriao Facilitate release readiness reviews to ensure testing, controls, approvals, support and operational requirements are completedo Identify, track, and escalate release risks, dependencies issues, and blockers that could impact delivery commitmentso Ensure alignment between release plans, roadmap commitments, change management activities and production deployment scheduleso Coordinate stakeholder communications before, during and after significant releaseso Provide transparent reporting on release health, readiness, risks, and outcomesOverall Governance and Structure:o Establish and maintain product-area governance forums, operating cadences and delivery reviewso Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights and accountability across product, technology and supporting teamso Drive adherence to Agile, SDLC, risk, compliance, release and delivery management standardso Implement standardized processes, metrics, reporting, and escalation paths across the product areao Facilitate leadership reviews focused on delivery health, roadmap progress, dependencies, risk and performanceo Ensure risks, issues, decisions and action items are documented, tracked, and resolved through appropriate governance channels
