In this role, you will act as the key liaison between field operations and local municipal offices, ensuring all projects are properly permitted and ready for execution.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating administrative processes, solving logistical challenges, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in keeping projects on track while contributing to a growing and stable organization.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of permit applications from submission to approvalCoordinate with city building departments and municipal officesEnsure installation teams have all required permits and documentationMaintain accurate digital records of all permits and filingsDevelop knowledge of local Bay Area permitting requirements to reduce turnaround timeBuild and maintain strong relationships with municipal clerks and permit office staffSupport scheduling and project tracking using internal toolsPerform occasional field errands to local offices as neededRequirementsMust Have:2+ years of experience in customer service or high-volume administrative rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with city officials and internal teamsKnowledge of permitting processes within the Bay AreaValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to undergo a background checkHigh level of reliability and attention to detailNice to Have:Experience with ServiceTitanHands-on experience obtaining residential building permitsExperience with city encroachment permitsBenefitsOpportunities for internal promotion and career growthStable, full-time position with a growing companySupportive and team-oriented work environmentExposure to project coordination and operations workflows
