Operations Support Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. Duties Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer software for administrative tasks Support calendar management and scheduling for team members and appointments Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other office management tools Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency Support clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organized files Contribute to office management activities that promote a productive work environment Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele and team members Ability to manage calendar schedules efficiently and handle confidential information discreetly Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Office experience involving filing, proofreading, and administrative support is essential This position provides an engaging opportunity for candidates who excel in organizational tasks and customer service within a professional office setting.
