Regional Manager Escrow - Denver, CO

A Regional Managers is responsible for:- Growing revenue and EBIDTA within assigned region by establishing well formulated strategies- Ensuring branches are operating smoothly, properly staffed and have appropriate return on revenue- Ensuring employees are properly trained- Managing employees on day-to-day basis- Recruiting talent for branches- Client retention and generating new business opportunities with affiliate partners and outside leads- Managing/Increasing Capture Rate- Assisting with creation and implementation of processes and procedures to standardize business practices- Coverage/Schedule Management- Assisting with complex transactions and decision making- Assisting sales team with events with business development- Reviewing P&L Reports and creating strategies to increase profitability- High level collaboration with partners and stakeholdersQualifications:- Minimum five years of relevant escrow or managerial experience- Experience in leading projects requiring complicated- Strong decision making skills and demonstrated ability to implement processes and procedures to create efficiencies- Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills- Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential- Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills- Ability to deliver superior customer service- Must have ability to consistently meet deadlinesMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment
