About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Representative I plays a key role in processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions. This position supports the organization’s operations by ensuring accurate and timely handling of insurance policies and by maintaining effective communication with internal teams and customers. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.3. Responsibilities:Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions per department policiesCommunicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary informationMaintain detailed policy documentation and update customer informationRate endorsements and transactions across multiple lines of businessDevelop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functionsPerform pre-underwriting tasks based on processing procedures and underwriting guidelinesOrder required reports such as CLUE, MVR, SOCRECARD, DADSMaintain productivity and quality levels set by managementPerform duties under supervisor directionCarry out additional tasks as assignedAdhere to all corporate policies and procedures4. Requirements:Associate’s degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirableLess than 2 years of experience in an insurance agency or company preferredStrong communication, customer service, problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $39,000 to $50,000Final salary based on experience, location, education, certifications, role responsibilities, and qualifications6.
