We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally install residential and commercial tile according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standardsPerform all phases of tile installation including demolition, floor and wall prep, layout, waterproofing, underlayment installation, setting tile, grout application, trimming, transitions, and final walkthroughsReview work orders, project scope, material details, patterns, and jobsite notes prior to arrivalMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the projectProperly operate and maintain tile installation tools and equipmentEnsure accurate measurements, cuts, layouts, grout lines, and pattern alignment with strong attention to detailCommunicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members while working in customers' homesProtect customer property and furnishings during installationIdentify and communicate any jobsite concerns, substrate issues, moisture concerns, or material discrepancies before installation beginsMaintain high workmanship standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience on every projectTravel to various residential and commercial job sites throughout the Phoenix ValleyQualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional tile installation experienceExperience with residential and commercial tile installation including floors, showers, backsplashes, walls, large-format tile, and custom layouts preferredExperience with waterproofing systems, floor prep, leveling, and substrate preparation preferredMust maintain an active Arizona ROC license appropriate for flooring installation workMust maintain active General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation coverageMust provide proof of ROC license, insurance coverage, and all required business documentation prior to onboarding and maintain active status throughout subcontractor relationshipValid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of transporting tools and installation equipmentMust have own professional tile installation tools and equipmentAbility to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the workdayAbility to perform physical tasks including kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliabilityAbility to work independently while maintaining company installation and customer service standardsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred TraitsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPride in craftsmanship and customer satisfactionDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working in occupied homes and customer-facing environmentsThis is a remote position.
