Position description Assistant/ Associate Specialist - Molofsky Lab, Department of Psychiatry The Molofsky Lab in the Department of Psychiatry is seeking candidates for an Assistant or Associate Specialist position. The Specialist series is used for academic appointees who are engaged in specialized research, professional activity, and University and/or public service. Specialists are expected to use their professional expertise to make scientific and scholarly contributions to the research enterprise of the University and to achieve recognition in the professional and scientific community. The candidate will be responsible for studying the links between the immune system and neurodegeneration. They will perform independent research to this end. Specialists appointed at the assistant rank require a master's degree or a baccalaureate degree with three or more years of research experience. Specialists appointed at the associate rank require a master's degree (or equivalent degree) or five to ten years of experience in the relevant specialization.Applicants must apply online at JPF05941 with a CV, and the contact information of 2 references.
