Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Counselor based in San Antonio, TX, with flexibility to work from home. The Counselor will be responsible for providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring thorough documentation of patient progress. The role will also involve collaborating with other professionals and maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Strong counseling and active listening skills, with the ability to provide empathy and support to clientsExperience in developing and implementing treatment plans, performing assessments, and applying evidence-based approachesProficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining confidentialityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively with team membersFamiliarity with digital platforms for virtual counseling and the ability to manage hybrid work arrangementsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldLicensed or eligible for licensure as an LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent in TexasAbility to work with diverse populations and provide culturally competent carePrior experience in a clinical or counseling setting is highly desirable
