Property Manager
Job Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a residential property. You will play a key role in maintaining tenant satisfaction, ensuring property upkeep, and maximizing occupancy levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
- Ensure timely rent collection and handle delinquent accounts
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Implement leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of property management practices and procedures
- Experience with property leasing and sales
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
- Proficiency in OneSite or other property management software
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants and staff
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws

No overtime
