Reporting to the General Manager at CalSource-Rochester, you'll play a vital role in our team. The individual in this role will split time between working at the client site and at the CalSource facility performing customer service duties, collections using our accounts receivable system, or other responsibilities, as needed.The Customer Service Representative will follow a hybrid schedule, working 50% remotely and 50% on-site at our customer location in Newark, NY each week.ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.Quoting and scheduling field service/onsite jobs to include the monthly scheduleFollowing up with customers on past due invoicesPerforming shipping and receiving duties, as neededProcess calibration documents for techniciansGenerating calibration quotesOther duties and responsibility, as necessary
