Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin-just 90 miles from Minneapolis-we offer big-city career opportunities in a small-town atmosphere.Rice Lake Weighing Systems (RLWS), a global organization, is seeking an energetic, experienced, and adaptable Quality & Testing Associate to join our Dimensioning team.Position SummaryThe Quality & Testing Associate is responsible for maintaining and ensuring best-in-class quality for dimensioning products. This role performs accuracy, functional, and compliance testing for both existing and new products, ensuring all products meet design specifications and exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesTest and validate all firmware release candidates prior to official releaseCreate and maintain product documentationEnsure production processes are controlled, monitored, and compliantConduct lab and field measurement testing, including software validationParticipate in VIP presentations and customer demonstrationsAssist with custom installations as neededProvide phone and field technical support when requiredPerform other duties as needed for the benefit of the Business UnitQualificationsAssociate's degree or higher in engineering or a technical disciplineMinimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or quality-related roleHigh-capacity individual with the ability to learn, adapt, and grow with the organizationForklift certification preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong electronic test equipment skillsStrong computer, network, and digital infrastructure knowledgeQuality assurance experience including product, firmware, and application testingProduct performance validation and measurement capability testingStrong time-management and organizational skillsExceptional oral and written communication and reporting skillsProficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and ExcelHigh level of interpersonal skills, including influencing, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solvingAbility to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalismSelf-motivated, confident, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a team environmentStrong professional phone presence and customer-focused mindsetAbility to collaborate cross-functionally to gather information and support business needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMedical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and voluntary benefits200 hours of paid time off (PTO) plus 10 paid holidaysGenerous retirement plan with company matchProfessional development and growth opportunitiesExcellent working conditions in a customer-driven organizationThis position requires on-site presence at our Corporate Headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin; telecommuting is not available.
