I. Position OverviewThe Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) serves as the company's senior-most marketing executive, responsible for formulating and executing the overall marketing strategy. This role drives revenue growth and expands market share through brand building, user acquisition, and market expansion initiatives. The CMO participates directly in core corporate decision-making and acts as a pivotal link connecting "brand, product, and business growth." II. Core Responsibilities1. Market Strategy & Brand ManagementFormulate the company's overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.Build and enhance brand influence and market awareness.Ensure consistency in brand image and communication systems.2. User Growth & Customer AcquisitionLead user growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention).Optimize customer acquisition channels (online advertising, content, social media, etc.).Maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).3. Marketing Campaigns & PromotionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline).Manage advertising placement and marketing budgets.Maximize Marketing ROI (Return on Investment).4. Market Analysis & Data-Driven InsightsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior.Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.Establish a data-driven marketing framework.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with the Product Team to define product positioning and key selling points.Partner with the Sales Team to drive revenue conversion.Work with the Operations Team to optimize the user experience.6. Team Building & ManagementBuild and structure the Marketing and Brand teams.Establish performance goals and incentive mechanisms.Enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution efficiency.III.
