They’re now looking for a Lead National Account Manager to take full ownership of their Ulta business, driving both performance and expansion.What you’ll be doing:Owning the Ulta account strategy end-to-end, from joint business planning through to executionDriving revenue and profit growth while expanding distribution across the portfolioLeading forecasting, promotions, merchandising, and overall P&L performancePartnering closely with Marketing, Trade, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver a winning retail strategyBuilding strong, influential relationships with key retail stakeholdersUsing data and insights to shape strategy, unlock opportunities, and stay ahead of trendsWhat they’re looking for:6+ years’ experience in beauty or CPG sales, with strong Ulta exposureProven ability to manage and grow key retail accountsCommercially sharp with solid P&L ownership experienceConfident working with data, forecasting, and advanced ExcelA hands-on, proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentThis is a high-impact role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and making things happen in a dynamic brand environment.Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
