This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for roles at all levels, while also contributing to workforce planning, position strategy development, recruitment marketing, and competitive intelligence. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs).Role And ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent AcquisitionLead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to executive.Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and organizational goals.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using innovative and data-driven approaches.Workforce Planning & Position StrategyCollaborate with HR Business Partners and department leaders to forecast talent needs.Advise on job design, role scope, and organizational structure to support business objectives.Provide insights and recommendations on internal mobility and succession planning in partnership with HR Business PartnersRecruitment Marketing & Employer BrandingDevelop targeted recruitment campaigns and content to attract diverse and qualified candidates.Leverage social media, job boards, and other platforms to promote opportunities and culture.Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisStay informed on labor market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.Share actionable insights with leadership to inform talent strategies and decision-making.Use data to identify challenges and opportunities in the talent landscape.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and executives.Facilitate regular updates and strategic discussions with senior leadership, including EVPs.Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.Talent Acquisition Evolution & ExcellenceChampion the transformation of Talent Acquisition into a high-touch, strategic function.Lead and participate in hiring manager training programs to elevate recruiting capabilities across the organization.Drive candidate engagement initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.Collaborate on operational improvements and process enhancements to streamline recruiting workflows.Support compliance and auditing efforts related to hiring practices and documentation.Contribute to the definition and execution of TA strategies, including the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies (e.g., ATS platforms, CRM systems, AI sourcing tools).Act as a change agent in promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the TA function.Candidate Management & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentProactively source and engage with prospective candidates through various channels.Organize and lead candidate engagement events, information sessions, and networking opportunities.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to support future hiring needs.Utilize CRM tools and talent communities to nurture candidate interest and readiness.Preferred SkillsKnowledgeable of CA employment law as it pertains to Recruiting and Hiring Financial Services experience and/or other regulatory environmentExperience with Talent Strategy, Talent Market Analysis, and educating/Training Hiring leadersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including strategic recruiting.Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing at the executive level.Strong understanding of workforce planning, recruitment marketing, and market intelligence.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools. Salary Range The hiring salary range for this position is $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 annually, based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made in consideration of these factors and in alignment with Fremont Bank’s compensation philosophy.
