The position requires a minimum of three years of OB/GYN experience.About the Facility LocationThe facilities are located in Mansfield, Charlton, and Midlothian, TX.About the Clinician's WorkdayThe OB/GYN hospitalist provides comprehensive assessments for all triage patients during 24-hour coverage periods. The clinician treats emergent unassigned OB/GYN patients requiring consultation, admission, or emergent GYN surgery, while providing coverage for unassigned obstetric patients presenting to the main emergency room or labor and delivery. Responsibilities include conducting inpatient consults, postpartum and GYN rounds, post-surgical follow-up, and supporting local private OB/GYN physicians by managing their inpatients during coverage periods.
