Physician Urology - Competitive Salary

Job Description:SBH Health & Wellness CenterFull TimeHours:2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen:20-30 Call Schedule: No in-house call; Approximately 10 call days per month - shared with 2 other Urologists Loan Repayment Compensation:Competitive base salary + fee income + quality bonuses Benefits:Comprehensive package that will be discussed with HR during the interview process. Additional Info:SBH Health System in the Bronx is currently seeking a Urologist with a strong procedural focus and diverse case mix to join their team.- 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient procedural mix- 5 to 10 surgical cases per week with flexible OR access (no block time)- Level II trauma center (urology trauma consults are rare)- Team includes 1 full-time attending, 2 NPs, and PA coverage nights/weekends- APP support: NPs (Mon-Fri, 8a-6p); PA coverage 7 days for nights/weekends- Fully staffed OR and clinic support
