About the CompanyWe would like to share with you an exciting senior leadership opportunity with Cadila Pharmaceuticals for the role of Head – US Formulation Business, based in the US. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for revenue generation and complete P&L ownership of Cadila’s formulation business across the entire US region. The position involves driving commercial strategy, market expansion, key partnerships, and overall business growth in US.About the RoleThe Head – US Formulation Business will have end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and P&L management of Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ formulation business across entire US. The role involves defining and executing commercial strategy, expanding market presence, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth while being based in the US.ResponsibilitiesBusiness & P&L Ownership Own complete P&L for the US formulations business, ensuring revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization.Drive annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans for US.Ensure achievement of topline, bottomline, and market share targets across US markets.Revenue Generation & Market Expansion Develop and execute commercial strategies for branded generics, generics, specialty products, and dossiers across US.Identify and pursue new business opportunities including in-licensing, out-licensing, partnerships, tenders, and acquisitions.Expand Cadila’s footprint in both established and emerging US markets.Sales, Marketing & Key Account Management Lead and mentor US sales, marketing, and business development teams.Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, hospital groups, and pharmacy chains.Oversee pricing strategies, tenders, and contract negotiations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Regulatory, Portfolio & Supply Alignment Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to align product registrations, launches, and lifecycle management for US.Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely launches, supply continuity, and optimal inventory management.Drive portfolio prioritization based on market needs, competition, and profitability.Leadership & Governance Build a high-performance, culturally diverse US leadership team.Ensure compliance with US regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.Represent Cadila Pharmaceuticals with external stakeholders, industry forums, and regulatory bodies when required.
