We combine legal experience, industry knowledge, practical business guidance, and technology-enabled systems to deliver clear, timely, and useful legal support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid position based in Wareham, MA, for an Associate Attorney – Collision Industry Counsel.The Associate Attorney will support legal matters for collision repair and auto repair businesses, working closely with senior legal leadership. The role includes legal research, drafting, document review, client advisory support, compliance-related work, contract review, dispute support, and preparation of practical legal guidance for business owners.This is not a traditional general-practice role. The attorney hired for this position will work almost exclusively with clients in the collision repair industry. Prior collision repair experience is welcome, but not required. The right candidate should have a strong interest in business law, small-business advocacy, practical client counseling, and learning a specialized industry.The position is hybrid, with an expectation of being in the Wareham office approximately 2–3 days per week for training, collaboration, and mentorship. Potential for additional remote flexibility may be considered over time based on performance, supervision needs, and role responsibilities.Compensation depends on experience.
