Quality Engineer (Level 2)

Develops creative inspection strategies, tools and processes to address unique problems. Supports Quality Technicians as needed. Assigns or recommends sampling rates, tools, and techniques for inspection procedures and planning packages. Organizes first article process and ensures appropriate inspection techniques are available for CTQs. Monitors test, assembly, scrap and warranty rates and dollars. Performs RCCM on products or processes not meeting expectations. Proactively spots opportunities, mines associated data, and launches follow up actions. Analyzes to improve inspection and test processes on a continual basis. Leads and organizes effective FMEAs, MSAs, RCCMs and ISO audits. Your profileBachelor's degree (B.S.) of Engineering from four-year college or university or four (4) to six (6) years of related quality engineering experience.
