We are hiring a Director of People & Culture to serve as the architect of how the organization scales.This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on talent acquisition, organizational design, and workforce planning — not rebuilding HR infrastructure. The foundation is in place; now the focus is on building the right team, structure, and culture to support rapid growth.This individual will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of the organization.What You'll OwnTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (Primary Focus)Own and scale full-cycle recruiting across all functionsBuild a forward-looking hiring roadmap aligned to growth targetsDevelop employer branding to attract top DTC / fitness / ecommerce talentImplement structured hiring processes, interview frameworks, and onboarding programsManage external recruiting partners and agenciesOrganizational Design & Structuring (Primary Focus)Design org structures to support 2x growthDefine reporting lines, team composition, and spans of controlBuild workforce plans aligned to business prioritiesLead leadership development and succession planningDrive organizational change as the company evolvesCulture, Engagement & RetentionDefine and operationalize company values across the organizationLead employee engagement initiatives and action planningBuild recognition and retention programsServe as a trusted partner across all levels of the organizationPerformance Management & DevelopmentImplement performance review frameworks and goal-setting processesCoach managers on feedback, development, and team leadershipBuild career pathing and employee development programsCompensation, Benefits & HR OperationsMaintain and evolve compensation structures and benchmarkingOversee benefits programs and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance, HR systems, and policies remain current and effectiveWhat Success Looks LikeStrong, scalable hiring engine with reduced time-to-fillClear organizational structure aligned to growth goalsImproved new hire retention and employee engagementLeadership capability built across the organizationA culture that supports performance, accountability, and growthWho You AreExperience8–12+ years of progressive HR / People experienceStrong background as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environmentProven experience in organizational design and workforce planningDemonstrated success building or scaling recruiting functionsExperience in DTC, ecommerce, CPG, apparel, or active lifestyle brands preferredExperience supporting a company through significant growth (e.g., $50M ? $150M+)$150,000 - $175,000 a yearJ-18808-Ljbffr
