Part Time Shuttle Driver

Service Shuttle Driver Position Summary: The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for Honda World service customers. This role ensures customers are transported to their homes, workplaces, or other nearby destinations while their vehicles are being serviced and returned to the dealership once their service is complete. The Shuttle Driver plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing Honda World with professionalism and courtesy.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport service customers to and from their home, office, or other local destinations while their vehicle is being serviced.Pick up customers and return them to Honda World once their vehicle service is complete.Maintain clear communication with service advisors regarding customer pick-ups, drop-offs, and service completion times.Provide excellent customer service and represent Honda World in a professional and courteous manner at all times.Assist customers in and out of the shuttle vehicle when necessary.Ensure the shuttle vehicle remains clean, fueled, and properly maintained.Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies.Keep accurate records of shuttle trips and customer transportation requests if required.Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to management.Assist the service department with light duties when not actively transporting customers.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced service department environment.Dependable and punctual.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and drive for extended periods of time.Ability to assist customers entering and exiting the vehicle if needed.Customer Experience ExpectationsBe friendly, welcoming, and professional.Ensure customers feel comfortable and valued.Help create a positive overall service experience that reflects the Honda World brand
