The candidate should be responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing an organisations databases to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves) Top 3 Required skills: DBA Administrator of an RDBMS database including oracle tool sets RAC, ASM, Data Guard, OEM and RMAN.
