If this sounds like the opportunity that you have been looking for, please apply.We are currently looking for a Medication Technician for The Blake at Miramar Beach.Primary Responsibilities of the Medication Technician:Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.Requirements:Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve othersHigh School Diploma/GED EquivalentCurrent Medication Technician License issued by the stateCPR/First Aid, preferredMust be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidaysExperience working with older adults preferredEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
