Alabama-based General Contractor seeking a Superintendent$25M in new starts booked for the next 6 monthsAbout Our ClientThis clienthas been in business for over 20 years, however they have remained a smaller General Contractor on purpose, maintaining a low overhead and high margin approach to projects. That being said, they have recently implemented a strategic growth plan allowing for additional project intake, and requiring the addition of new Superintendents and Project Managers.With $40M in yearly revenue currently, and a goal of hitting $100M annually by 2030, they are bidding new work and project sizes and plan to scale the business to new heights.Client offers its employees a top-tier place to work by allowing flexibility with schedules to attend family events and other functions.
