Title: President - Prediction Markets (AI-Driven, Crypto, iGaming adjacent)Location: NYC or Miami (Remote-first)Compensation:Extremely competitive basePerformance bonusMeaningful equityHealthcare/401kWe’re looking for a startup-oriented, prediction market expert to take on the President role of a well-capitalized, publicly traded parent company that’s building a next-generation platform at the intersection of prediction markets, trading, crypto, and iGaming.The technical foundation is built and funded – the opportunity now is execution: scaling a world-class product, team, and market presence to rival category-leading prediction market and crypto platforms.Now they’re looking for a President to take it from infrastructure → market leader.You’ll act as the connective tissue between product, growth, trading dynamics, and organizational buildout—while partnering closely with the parent company leadership and Board to translate vision into execution.We think this is perfect for someone who has:Considered starting their own company in this space—but wants capital + infrastructure from day oneDeep conviction in prediction markets as a categoryThe ability to move fast, make decisions, and build teamsThis is not a typical President role - this is a builder role inside a funded ecosystem. You’ll step into a platform that already has technical infrastructure and backing—and take full ownership of:ExecutionStrategyHiringMarket positioningThink: Founder-level operator with real resources behind you.What you’ll own:Day-to-day leadership of the businessTranslating vision into execution and measurable outcomesBuilding and scaling the team (NYC + Miami hubs)Defining GTM, liquidity strategy, and product directionStaying ahead of trends across prediction markets, crypto, and tradingImplementing AI across workflows to increase speed and leveragePartnering directly with the BoardWho they’re looking for:Deep experience in prediction markets, crypto, trading, and/or iGamingStrong understanding of market dynamics, incentives, and liquidityStrong team leadership experience - great with people, able to set strategies and KPIs, align people accordingly, and oversee performanceBackground at or adjacent to firms like Robinhood, Coinbase, or Crypto.comSomeone who has built before (startup experience strongly preferred—even if it didn’t scale)Highly analytical and data-drivenAI-native in how you work and thinkStrong communicator, comfortable operating with Board-level visibilityWhy this role is different:Backed by a publicly traded parent companyExisting infrastructure already in place (not starting from scratch)Real ownership and influence over company directionMassive upside in a fast-emerging categoryInterested?DM me directly or apply here.
