Account Specialist

Work with team to build electronic files that meet customer specifications. Provide information about the products and services. Document and update customer and order records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Working knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google sheets) and strong basic math skills.
