In over 30 years, we've grown from zero to $5 billion in assets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the monthly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reportingManage and develop a team of accounting professionals, driving accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvementReview financial statements, reconciliations, and variance explanations, ensuring issues are identified, understood, and resolvedOversee accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to support scalable and well-controlled operationsPartner with senior leaders to provide clear, reliable financial reporting and operational insightsEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal policies while maintaining strong technical accounting standardsNo apartment industry experience?
