Medical Device Sales Representative needed!Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven Associate Interventional Specialist to support a growing sales territory within the medical device space. This is a field-based role offering hands-on clinical exposure, direct mentorship, and a clear path to independent territory ownership.In this position, you will partner closely with a Territory Manager/District Sales Manager, supporting both clinical procedures and sales initiatives while developing the skills needed to manage your own accounts. This role is ideal for individuals early in their career who are eager to break into or grow within medical device sales and are willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Territory Manager in driving sales growth across assigned accountsParticipate in operating room procedures, providing clinical and technical support during casesDevelop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and key decision-makersConduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and educational presentationsManage designated accounts and progressively take on increased ownership of businessAssist with inventory management and case logistics within the territoryCoordinate and execute local educational programs and sales eventsProvide ongoing customer support, including product programming, troubleshooting, and trainingTrack market activity, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business strategyMaintain compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standardsTraining & DevelopmentWork closely with the Territory Manager during year one, gaining exposure to clinical cases, sales strategy, and account managementTransition into a more independent role in year two, supporting cases, managing smaller accounts, and generating new businessOpportunity to earn full ownership of accounts based on performance, including managing trials and driving revenue growthQualificationsBachelor's degree required1–3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required (medical, pharma, biotech, or related industries preferred)Strong preference for candidates with structured sales training backgrounds (e.g., ADP, enterprise sales programs)Proven track record of performance and career progression; candidates with frequent job changes will not be consideredStrong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skillsAbility to thrive in a demanding, performance-based environmentWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends based on surgical schedulesValid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territoryCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $40,000Variable commission: approximately $40,000 (uncapped growth potential as territory develops)Target total compensation: ~$80,000 in year one, with potential to reach $90K–$100K+ as performance rampsMonthly car allowance and mileage reimbursementComprehensive benefits packageWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for individuals with grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic—someone who is willing to go above and beyond to support customers and grow the business.
