Security Officer Enhanced Patrol Driver

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.; Monitor access points and activity on the property to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual behavior, and report observations in a timely manner.; Support daily property operations by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and assisting with security-related requests from tenants, visitors, and/or on-site personnel.
