AI Enablement Manager

We are seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist to drive the practical implementation and adoption of enterprise generative AI tools across business and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical curiosity with business process expertise and enjoys helping users unlock value from emerging technologies.The AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist will partner closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to identify meaningful AI use cases, develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows, and ensure responsible adoption across the organization. This individual will play a key role in training users, improving productivity, establishing best practices, and helping the organization build a sustainable and secure AI capability.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the organization's subject matter expert on approved enterprise generative AI platforms, capabilities, and best practices.Partner with business leaders and designated AI champions to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI use cases.Design, test, document, and maintain reusable prompts, instructions, templates, skills, and AI-enabled workflows.Develop practical AI solutions that improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate human oversight and validation.Support business and technology teams with AI-assisted activities including document analysis, workflow automation, data analysis, reporting, coding assistance, and content creation.Deliver role-based training, workshops, demonstrations, and coaching to help employees utilize AI effectively and responsibly.Collaborate with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor adoption, business outcomes, productivity improvements, user feedback, and risk indicators to continuously improve AI programs and workflows.Key Requirements3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, process improvement, automation, analytics, enterprise technology adoption, training, or related disciplines.Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, reusable instructions or skills, and AI-powered productivity tools.Proven experience implementing or supporting AI initiatives through enterprise deployments, consulting engagements, pilot programs, or significant business projects.Experience designing AI-assisted workflows that incorporate validation processes, human-in-the-loop controls, quality assurance, and user enablement.Strong understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, hallucination risks, responsible AI practices, and secure handling of confidential or sensitive information.Knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, document intelligence solutions, workflow automation tools, and modern AI ecosystems.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise AI adoption, governance programs, change management initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.Experience working within healthcare or other regulated environments with exposure to HIPAA, PHI, PII, or data privacy requirements.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI services, APIs, enterprise connectors, MCP tools, or secure AI integrations.Experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, process improvements, and business value.Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, or other operational business functions.
