You’ll coach instructors, support parents, and jump in to teach when needed at our College Park pool.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and schedule swim instructorsBuild weekly pool and class schedulesEnsure safety and British Swim School standards in every lessonTalk with parents and resolve issues professionallyTeach and lead swim lessons as neededWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentComfortable in the water and around young childrenStrong communication and people skills; reliable and coachableBasic computer skills (email, online scheduling, Microsoft Office or similar)Nice to have (not required)1+ year of customer service, coaching, teaching, or team‑lead experienceAquatics, swim instruction, or fitness backgroundLifeguard/CPR/First Aid (can be obtained during training); CPO is a plusAbout British Swim SchoolBritish Swim School has taught water survival skills for over 45 years.
