Project Manager -Landscaping and water garden/ pond management

Responsible for overseeing execution of pond construction and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, critical thinking , and the ability to manage complex projects with a willingness to occasionally travel for the company within the lower southeast region for special projects . ( Any Travel related expenses will be covered .) The ideal candidate must be able to Oversee/conduct pond construction and crews, have basic knowledge of water filtration and pump systems with an emphasis on optimizing water quality and control processes for the wellness of pond systems and fish. Conduct special studies and investigations when required to improve and maintain pond performance and production. Additionally, foster sales by handling leads and finding ways to provide value that clients will appreciate. In addition; Will need to take accurate quotes/estimates, descriptions and measurements while providing feedback in a timely manner. Encourage self accountability and show initiative to take on new responsibilities if the need arises. Be trustworthy, reliable and transparent with a high desire to succeed- as well as the ability to delegate tasks appropriately with special attention to time management , including the ability to manage a work crew with minimal supervision. Must be able to establish and maintain good rapport with our clients as well as our team members and management. Experience with landscaping and/or pond, water-garden/ rock formation construction is a huge advantage! Bilingual in English - Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
