Position Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Agent/ISO Recruiter to help grow PayBright’s national partner network. In this role, you’ll attract and onboard top-performing agents and ISOs, manage inbound leads, and develop new relationships through proactive outreach and networking. You’ll collaborate closely with our Onboarding, Relationship Management, and POS Desk team to ensure every partner is set up for long-term success — and you’ll represent PayBright at major trade shows and industry events. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven recruiter or business developer with experience in the payments industry who excels at building relationships and driving growth. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound recruiting campaigns to attract new agents and ISOs. Manage inbound leads with urgency and professionalism. Proactively source and generate new opportunities through calls, networking, and creative outreach. Utilize social media, professional networks, and email campaigns to expand visibility and re-engage prospects. Clearly communicate PayBright’s value proposition, compensation structures, and competitive advantages. Stay informed on competitor programs and industry trends. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth partner launches. Re-engage and motivate underperforming partners through strategic coaching. Represent PayBright at national trade shows and key industry events. Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and drive continual growth. Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position, with most work occurring M-F, but occasional weekend work may occur. On-site presence in our Raleigh, NC office at least four days per week (if in the Raleigh, NC area) Will consider full-time remote candidates in NC, PA, VA, FL, TX, AZ, GA, IN, or KY Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 2–3 years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or agent/ISO recruiting. Proven success in recruiting, sales, or business development. Strong phone presence — comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously. Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar also valued). Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset. Resilient under pressure and comfortable with rejection. Skilled at building trust-based, long-term relationships. Consultative approach — able to identify partner needs and position PayBright solutions effectively. Professional, ethical, and committed to confidentiality. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
