The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to redefine and execute a tech-enabled people strategy that is in line with the company's growth and innovation goals. This includes transforming the HR function into a strategic partner, designing a people strategy that supports a distributed and performance-driven workforce, and building an integrated HR technology ecosystem that leverages AI, analytics, and automation. The role also involves evolving a strong, values-driven culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and leading change management initiatives. The ideal Chief People Officer will have a proven track record in leading HR transformation, experience in building and modernizing HR infrastructure for a large, rapidly growing organization, and a strong grasp of people analytics, organizational design, and the strategic use of AI in HR. They should be comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at the Board level.
