Join us! The Person:A successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with inventory management, different computer software especially MS office, sharepoint and good attention to details. You are independent, resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Help Organize and Optimize Requests from Engineering teams by Priority and UrgencySupport Organization and Handling of material and hardware’sAssist and support the moving of important materials to the locations it needs to be run onAccurately complete all paperwork associated with Inventory transferEnsure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisorConnect with engineers or product teams about requestsWork with vendors on logistic portion of board repairSupport basic equipment/hardware troubleshootingPreferred Experience:Lab experience preferred Attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to speak/read/write in EnglishAbility to use computer for sending/receiving email, updating spreadsheets, viewing documentsPrevious integrated circuit or board test experience a plusAbility to work compressed work week scheduleMay include extended periods of standingAbility to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
