Backed by a well-known institutional investor, this is a founding sales hire working directly with the CEO to build pipeline from zero and close early enterprise deals.This is not a SaaS AE role or a farming position. If you thrive in ambiguity, love the hunt, and want high ownership with direct leadership access, keep reading.What you'll doBuild pipeline from scratch with no SDR support — outbound via LinkedIn, email, and networkIdentify and pursue target accounts independently, running deals end-to-endSell consultatively into CFOs, Heads of Sourcing/Procurement, and Operations/GBS leadersShape early GTM strategy in close partnership with the CEOBring real-time market feedback to inform product and go-to-market directionWhat we're looking for5–10 years of enterprise or mid-market sales experience as a quota-carrying ICProven hunter — you have built $3M+ pipeline with no SDR or inbound supportRecent BPO / outsourcing / sourcing-led sales experience (non-negotiable)Experience closing mid-to-large deals ($100K–$1M+) independently as the primary ownerComfortable selling across multiple industries — not tied to a single verticalFounder mindset: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, urgency-drivenCompensationBase salary: $150,000 (fixed) · Commission: $150,000 (performance-driven) · Total OTE: $300,000 · Equity includedLocationSan Francisco Bay Area.
