Client Overview:Our client, a luxury retail business, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis in Edison, NJ.Salary/Hourly Rate:$21/hrPosition Overview:The Customer Service Representative provides outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team. The customer service representative will maintain professionalism in all communications and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.* Process orders accurately using company systems.* Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer needs.* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.* Recommend process improvements for enhanced service.Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:* Customer service experience (minimum 1 year).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Professional communication skills by phone and email.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:* Experience with SAP software.* Exposure to order processing systems.* Familiarity with CRM tools.Education Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent is required.Benefits:* Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
