This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a position that blends administrative support with front-facing responsibilities.This position is based in the Northwest Houston area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain office filing systems (both physical and digital)Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; screen and route inquiries appropriatelyCoordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and company eventsProvide front desk support and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teamsHandle day-to-day office operations including errands (post office, bank, supply runs, etc.)Order and manage office supplies and inventoryOversee shipping and mailing processes (USPS, FedEx, UPS)Assist with billing support and review documentation for accuracyQualificationsPrevious experience in office administration or a related field preferredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredExperience working with multi-line phone systemsStrong organizational and file management skillsAbility to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanorSelf-starter with a proactive and adaptable approach to workCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $45,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)401(k) with company matchHealth insurancePaid time offBonus opportunities
