Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an M&A Attorney. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing expert legal advice, conducting in-depth legal research, negotiating terms of agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advising on labor and employment aspects of acquisitions to ensure seamless transitions during and after transactions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law, particularly within mergers and acquisitionsDemonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and counsel on complex transactionsProficient in conducting thorough Research and due diligence to support decision-makingExceptional Negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes in M&A transactionsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction5+ years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate lawStrong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively
