SMC Commercial LLC is seeking a high-performingCommercial Concrete Crew Foremanto lead our field operations in the Greater Knoxville area. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who knows the industry, respects the craft, and can keep a crew running like a well-oiled machine. Compensation & Benefits Salary:$65,000 "flex-salary" per year (negotable with experience). Bonus Structure:Performance-based bonuses applicable upon project milestones and excellence. The Work & Schedule Hours:Standard weeks typically range between45–55 hours . Location:Most projects are located within a50-mile radius of Knoxville , ensuring you spend more time on the job (or at home) and less time on long-distance hauls. Requirements & Responsibilities Field Experience:Substantial, verifiable experience in commercial concrete is non-negotiable. You should be an expert in formwork, finishing, and site prep. Leadership:Manage crew productivity, safety compliance, and daily reporting. Technical Skill:Ability to read blueprints, coordinate with GCs, and manage material deliveries on-site. Reliability:A strong work ethic and the ability to manage the physical demands of a high-output commercial environment.
