Concrete Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and be comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in the installation of concrete, stucco, and plaster finishes. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation of concrete slabs, walls, and floors - Finish concrete surfaces to a high gloss or matte finish - Apply stucco to exterior walls, using hand tools and power tools as necessary - Lay tile and grout to create smooth, even surfaces - Construct or repair wooden frames using frame carpentry techniques - Weld metal components together to create strong and durable structures - Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces - Build and repair structures using concrete, brick, or other materials - Perform tasks in a way that promotes safety and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard Qualifications: - Previous experience in concrete laboring or a related field - Strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and materials - Proficiency with hand and power tools - Experience with tile laying and frame carpentry - Ability to weld metal components - Familiarity with plaster installation and repair - Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship - Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements We are an Electrical Contracting company. We do all precasting here in our yard. At times you will have to go to jobsite. Work well with others.
