Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience, ensuring they find the products that best suit their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various vape products, enhancing customer understanding and satisfaction. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Stay informed about current promotions, product lines, and industry trends to assist customers effectively and enhance their shopping experience. Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring the shop remains organized and visually appealing. Supervise and mentor junior staff members when required, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive team environment. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management effectively. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach to engaging customers. Proficient in phone etiquette for handling inquiries and concerns related to vaping products. Experience with cash register operations and familiarity with POS systems. Background in retail sales, preferably in a vape shop or similar environment. Ability to supervise others while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Knowledge of retail math concepts for accurate pricing and inventory control.
