Our ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter who excels in a fast-paced environment, and is seeking an opportunity to learn, develop, and advance within the company. This is a full-time position, 5-days per week. Seasonal overtime will be required. Ask about available relocation assistance for the right highly-qualified candidate.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Reviews production order details to determine job specifications and scheduleSets-up and operates production mailing equipment (camera-based inserters, UV inkjet addressing lines, swing-arm inserters)Helps other Operators with set-up and operation of other equipmentUses a pallet jack or forklift to move raw materials and finished jobsLoads and unloads material from machinesInspects materials and products for qualityMakes adjustments and performs basic maintenanceKeeps a clean and organized work area at all timesCross-trains in other areas and continues learning new and improved processes to increase knowledge and understanding of print industryWorks with management and production team to set, measure, and achieve productivity goalsRequired Qualifications2+ years previous experience in mail manufacturing or in a mail machine operation roleInterpret and follow directions with precisionComputer skills for job detail input and machine operationExcellent collaborative skillsDetail-orientedMust be able to repeatedly lift and re-stack up to 50lbs throughout shiftMust be able to stand continuously for the shiftWillingness to work overtimeBenefits- following a wait period of 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.Competitive salary commensurate with experience401(k) with 15% company match on employee contribution-90 day waitMedical & Dental insuranceLong term disability insuranceEmployer paid life insurancePaid VacationPaid HolidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer.
