Remote Sales Lead - Liquid Paint Solutions (Manufacturing)
Prince ( www.princemanufacturing.com )is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Fabrication,
E-coat, Powder Coat, Liquid Paint, Plating, Weldment, Assembly & Shelter Services. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for lead generation and new sales within the Liquid Paint services offered by our Garrett, Indiana production site.Preferred remote location IN or IL.
Customer Engagement: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at prospect and customer organizations.
Solution Development: Collaborate (internally & externally) with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and other departments to develop solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies including market analysis, competitor assessments, and digital marketing strategies.
RFQ Process: Lead the data collection, preparation and submission of proposals in response to Request for Quotation.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with company policy, budget, and timelines.
Technical Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, processes, and capabilities.
Project Handover: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to facilitate a smooth handover of secured projects, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Support: Provide support to customers throughout the sales and project implementation process.
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities (via CRM) and report out sales metrics at regular intervals.
Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications, Experience, & Requirements:
3 years of sales experience in a manufacturing market.
Experience in Business Development & Strategic planning activities.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and technically minded.
Knowledge of customer base & markets.
Experience with digital platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, etc.
Travel ~30%, Regionally
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Engineering, Technical or Business degree preferred
