Document Control Clerk
JOB SUMMARY:The Document Control Clerk is responsible for reviewing, managing, and organizing company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role supports various departments by ensuring that documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible when needed.JOB DUTIES:Perform Job Order reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established proceduresMaintain, track, file and scan Job Orders and other controlled documents, including physical and electronic recordsMaintain onsite/offsite document storage, retrieval, and destructionSupports interdepartmental Document Control requestsResponsibilities include bending, squatting, pulling, pushing, and/or lifting 35 poundsEnsure day-to-day activities and time management align with the department goalsEnsure all quality aspects of this positionPerform other duties as assignedSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Highly organized, detailed and able to perform duties with a high degree of accuracyGood written and verbal communications skills and experience writing proceduresStrong interpersonal, communication, and some problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe AcrobatACCOUNTABILITIES:Guarantee quality of products through quality systems in highly regulated environmentEnsure all quality aspects of this positionMaintain a safe working environmentHandle confidential information with integrity and discretionEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:1-2 years experience in a FDA regulated (or certified Quality System) within a Document Control or mid-level Quality Assurance position.
